Easy Shrimp Broccoli Stir Fry

 

Quick, simple and delicious. This garlic shrimp and broccoli is made using only 4 ingredients and is ready in under 10 minutes.   This is  garlic shrimp is one of my favorite  dishes to make because it’s super easy to put together in and is ready in no time. Serve it on white rice or with a side of noodles. If you’re on a low-carb diet, it is dinner by itself.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup diagonally cut green onions
3 garlic cloves thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

 

Direction:

Step 1:    Blot shrimp with a paper towel to dry and place in a medium bowl with cornstarch. Toss to coat.

    

 

Step 2:    Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add  oil and stir-fry green onions, and garlic for 45 seconds.  and shrimp to pan; stir-fry about 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Do not over cook.   Add broccoli and stir-fry  for 1 1/2 minutes.  Add soy sauce.  Cook just 1 minute or until broccoli is crisp-tender.

        

Serve immediately over rice.
