Bell Pepper Mushroom Stir Fry
Bell Pepper and Mushroom Stir Fry is easy yet flavorful made with mushroom, green and red bell pepper seasoned with Shaoxing rice wine, soy sauce and sesame oil.
2 tablespoons oil
1 green onions, sliced
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 bell peppers, deseeded and sliced(the colorful the better)
1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon chinese rice wine
2 -3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Heat oil til really hot.
Stir fry green onions (1 minute), then garlic (20 seconds).
Then add mushrooms. Stir-fry until it becomes a bit soft, (about 2 minutes).
Add bell peppers and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the wine and soy sauce and mix well.
Remove from heat and add the sesame sauce mixing it all together, and serve.
