Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Kimchi
Stir fry kimchi and pork belly is so simple to make yet out of this world satisfying! It only takes 10 minutes to put dinner on the table.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¾ pound thinly sliced fresh pork belly (cut into 2-inch strips)
¾ pound kimchi
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
¼ teaspoon Asian sesame oil
1 scallion (thinly sliced)
3 thin slices of ginger
Step 1: Heat a wok or skillet over high heat just until smoking. Add the oil. Add ginger. Followed by the pork belly, and stir-fry for 1 minute (or until slightly caramelized).
Step 2: Add soy sauce and cooking wine. Let it cook for 1 minute. Add the green onion and kimchi and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Serve over rice.
