Stir Fry Noodles
This Chinese recipe is super easy to make. All you will need is one wok or a skillet, and all of the ingredients listed below. With just a few ingredients you can make these easy and delicious Stir Fry Noodles for a fast weeknight dinner. And it is a great way to use up whatever that is left in your fridge.
Ingredients:
12 oz noodles
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 lb (2 medium) pork tenderloin, sliced into bite-size strips
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper (or 1/2 red and 1/2 green), sliced
4 oz string beans
1 green onion (use the white part) sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
few drizzles of sesame oil
Direction:
Step 1: Mix pork, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon corn starch, and 1 tablespoon cooking wine in medium bowl. Cook green beans in large saucepan of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
Step 2: Boil noodles according to directions on package. Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in wok or large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add pork mixture; stir-fry 1 minute. Add green onion (white part) and stir-fry 1 minute. Add noodles. Mix well. Add soy sauce. Add green beans and red bell pepper; stir-fry 1 minute.
Step 3: Stir until heated through, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a few drizzles of sesame oil and serve.
