INGREDIENTS

1  lb bag of  eggs noodles (or any of your favorite pasta)
10 oz shrimps and 6 oz squids (or 1 lb bag of mixed seafood)
1 red pepper (sliced into strips)

1 red onion (sliced)
1 yellow bell pepper (sliced into strips)
1 green bell pepper (sliced into strips)

2 tablespoon minced garlic (divided)

5 tablespoon vegetable oil (divided)
1 cup of water
pinch of salt, pepper for the shrimps

For the stir fry sauce:

2 tablespoon oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoon pasta sauce (any of your favorite)
1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)

Direction:

Step 1:    Cook the noodle (pasta) according to the instruction on the package.   While the noodle is cooking,  cut the vegetables and prepare the stir fried sauce by whisking oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and chili paste in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

Step 2:    Heat 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add minced garlic, onion and  bell peppers. Stir fry for 2  minutes.  Add the stir fry sauce and mix well.  Bring the sauce up to a boil.  Add shrimp and squid (or bag of mixed seafood).   Stir fry for 3 minutes till the seafood is cooked through.  Add salt to taste.   Toss the noodles to the wok, spread them out and mix well with the vegetables. Stir fry until everything is well coated.  Add some water if the sauce is becoming too thick.
