4-5 Boneless chicken thighs (or boneless and skinless breasts works fine, too)

1 teaspoon ginger, minced
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice ( or rice vinager)
1 tablespoons sesame seeds

Direction:

Step 1:   Season chicken with salt, 3 tablespoons of minced garlic,  put in a zipper bag and set in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2:   Then heat a Cast Iron or skillet over medium high heat; brown chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through about 5-7 minutes per side, turning frequently , if needed for even cooking.    Add the rest of garlic and ginger to the pan the cast iron quickly stir for about 30 seconds, be careful not to let it burn ,cause it might alter the flavor. In a small bowl combine honey, soy sauce and vinegar. Quickly pour in honey mixture , continue to cook the chicken for about a minute while the sauce reduces to a thicker consistency , turn chicken around to coat in sauce , turn off the heat, garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
