Garlic Spinach
Thinly sliced garlic is a simple way to jazz up plain old spinach. With just a touch of oil and a quick stir, you’ll have a vegetable side dish that tastes great and healthy.
INGREDIENTS
3 cloves garlic minced
3 cups fresh spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Direction:
Heat oil over med-high heat in a fry pan.
Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
Add spinach, salt and pepper. Toss the spinach for 1-2 minutes until mostly wilted.
Remove from heat and serve.
