Chinese Spicy Cauliflower Pork Stir Fry

 

This easy pork cauliflower stir fry recipe is healthy and low carb. It comes together so fast dinner will be on the table in 15 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

2 small Cauliflower or 1 large Cauliflower
1 lb Pork  Lion
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 fresh hot red chili pepper or 2 Dried Chili Pepper
3 cloves Garlic
2 pieces Ginger
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tbsp Fermented Soybean Paste
1 tsp Green Onion

 

Direction:

Step 1:     Heat 2 tbsp. of oil, ginger(2 pieces) and garlic(3 cloves). Fry for few seconds.  Add pork, fry until it’s slightly browned.

    

 

Step 2:    Add cauliflower and red dried chili pepper.   Add soy sauce(1 tbsp.), cooking wine(1 tbsp.) and fermented soybean paste(1 tbsp.). Stir-fry until pork and cauliflowers are coated with sauce thoroughly. About 4 minutes.

    

 

Add green onion right before serving (optional).  Enjoy your dish.
